This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, cancellations, and fee reversals for subscriptions, reports, and services offered by Angel's Virtual World (“AVW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or purchasing any AVW service, you agree to this Policy.
Angel's Virtual World provides research reports, market analysis, and educational financial content through subscription-based access to digital publications and tools. All services are intangible, digital, and time-sensitive in nature.
Angel's Virtual World does not guarantee profits, performance, or outcomes. Refunds shall not be claimed on the basis of market losses, dissatisfaction with market performance, difference of opinion with research views, or voluntary non-usage of services.
All subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once access credentials are issued, research reports or digital content are delivered, or the subscription period has commenced. This applies to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans, as well as research reports, downloadable content, and discounted or promotional plans.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing only. No refund shall be issued for partially used subscription periods or remaining days of an active plan.
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Angel's Virtual World in limited circumstances such as duplicate payment due to a technical error, payment debited but service not activated due to system failure, or an incorrect plan charged due to a demonstrable platform error. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within seven days of the payment date along with valid transaction proof. Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten working days through the original mode of payment.
All refunds, if approved, will be processed electronically through the original payment method. No cash or cheque refunds shall be issued. Any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or bank fees may be deducted.
Where Angel's Virtual World services are purchased through third-party platforms, marketplaces, or payment aggregators, the refund and cancellation policies of such platforms shall apply. Angel's Virtual World shall not be responsible for delays, deductions, or denial of refunds by third parties.
Angel's Virtual World reserves the right to reject refund requests that are repetitive, frivolous, or abusive in nature, and may suspend or terminate access to services in such cases.
Angel's Virtual World reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy shall be effective upon publication on the website.
